- 6 medium pears, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbs. lemon juice
- ⅓ cup granulated sugar
- ⅓ cup old-fashioned oats
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- ⅓ tsp. ground cinnamon
- 3 tbs. cold butter
- Place pear slices in a greased 1-qt. baking dish. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- In a large bowl, combine the sugar, oats, flour, and cinnamon.
- Cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over pears. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
