Peach and Basil “Bellini”

Serves: 4 Drinks
- 4 oz. peach puree
- 12 oz. sparkling white grape juice
- Lemon juice
- 4 basil leaves, whole
- Divide peach puree between 4 champagne flutes. Add the sparkling grape juice, and gently stir.
- Add 2 drops of lemon juice to each flute.
- Garnish with whole basil leaves.
